روزانہ ایک کیپسول سونے سے تقریباً 30 منٹ (60 منٹ تک) پہلے، یا ڈاکٹر کی ہدایت کے مطابق۔ کیپسول پانی کے ساتھ نگلیں۔ تجویز کردہ مقدار سے زیادہ نہ لیں۔
